Job Title: Front-End Developer

Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on the front-end aspects of our Omni Lightning platform, integrating new features and enhancing our user interface. This role involves problem-solving, creativity, and a strong understanding of front-end development principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work on enhancing the front-end features of our Omni Lightning platform to improve functionality and user experience.
  2. Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  3. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  5. Collaborate with the back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services.
  6. Innovate and develop new ideas and features for the Omni Lightning platform to continuously improve our product offering.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  4. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
  7. Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for product features.

Key Performance Indicators:

The performance of the Front-End Developer will be measured based on the following KPIs:

  1. Number of new UI/UX enhancements and features.
  2. Development of new internal features for the Omni Lightning platform.
  3. Creation of new external features for the Omni Lightning platform.
  4. Efficiency in project completion times.
  5. Achievement of departmental objectives ("rocks").
  6. Demonstration of the company's core values.
